Alternative Motion Project: The 2nd Season

After selling out its Premiere Show, Alternative Motion Project brings its 2nd Season to The Southern Theater March 8th-10th, 2013. This show will feature a 16 member modern dance company, spoken word, and original music by local composer Dameun Strange and NYC Band Genes and Machines.

Known for their unique, physical and dynamic “Move BIG” style, this diverse show will include choreography by its founders Kristin Howe and Joanna Lees as well as local choreographer, Joanie Mix, who will premiere a new dance work set to funky-blues music.
